Q. How do I apply for a grant from the foundation?
A. Organizations and Individuals can send us applications detailing their needs. All applications should be addressed to the CEO and mailed to 21-Waris Road, Lahore. You can also email your application to info@zamanfoundation.pk
Q. What if the applicant cannot read or write?
A. The applicant can appear in person to our head office with a copy of their CNIC.
Q. Am I eligible to apply?
A. If your case falls within the three categories of healthcare, education and/or relief, you can send us your applications.

Q. What we do not fund?
A. Currently, we are operating in Lahore and its outskirts and cannot guarantee support to applicants outside these areas. Applicants from all over Pakistan are nonetheless encouraged to get in touch with our office.

Q. I want to meet the Zaman Foundation team. How do I set up a meeting?

Q. Is Zaman Foundation a legal entity?
A. Zaman Foundation has been registered as a trust through a trust deed executed in 2005.
Q. Does Zaman Foundation grant a 100% funding to its applicants?
A. We in extreme cases grant a 100% funding. We try to take every applicant on board and if not a full we give some applicants a partial funding minimum of 50-75%.
Q. What is the processing time for every application?
A. In regular cases, it takes 10-12 working days for one application to process. Emergency cases are dealt with around the clock seven days a week.
Q. I have materials I want to submit along with my request for funding. How do I send them?
A. Please submit only the application with the above-mentioned documents. We will accept only the documents that we ourselves communicate we need for processing a request.
Q. My funding request does not fall under any of your programs. How do I submit it?
A. We do not make grants outside our funding priorities. However, we would encourage you to write to us or visit us at our office.
Q. Do you track the grantee’s progress?
A. Zaman Foundation follows up on every single case after every six months from approval of grant.
Q: Can I refund my donation? (refund policy)
A. Yes. Within 10 working days from the date of the amount being credited to our bank account, Zaman Foundation will refund the donated amount* after receiving a written application from the donor. Written applications are acceptable both through email and post. You can email us at info@zamanfoundation.pk or mail your application to 21 Waris Road, Lahore, Pakistan (postal code: 54000).
The donor must share the following in their application:
1. Reason for requesting a refund
2. Motivation to donate in the first place
*Amount will be refunded after deduction of applicable transaction charges.
Q. Am I eligible to get back this donated amount? ( cancellation policy)
A. Yes. If a donor desires to cancel their donation, they will be required to:
1. Send a written application to Zaman Foundation within 5 working days from the date of donation.
After evaluating his/her application and after necessary approvals, Zaman Foundation will refund the donated amount within 10 working days from the date of the amount being credited to our bank account.*
*Amount will be refunded after deduction of applicable transaction charges.
Q. What is Zaman Foundation’s policy on high-risk and fraudulent payments?
A. Zaman Foundation only accepts 100% secure and risk-free donations/charities. Any payment reported as high-risk or fraudulent in nature will be returned immediately upon the Bank’s written request. Zaman Foundation will authorize its Bank to do the same through a letter duly signed by an authorized signatory of the Zaman Foundation.
