According to UNICEF, Pakistan ranks 2nd in the world for the highest number of out-of-school children, with an alarming 44% of the worldwide total aged between 5-16 years old. This amounts 22.8 million children deprived of their basic right to education. For us, enrolling children in schools is the first step of the ladder towards quality education for all.

That access to quality healthcare is the undeniable right of every human being

We help save lives by proactively working with communities on disease prevention as well as by helping those who are in dire need of healthcare. With the help of our panel of doctors and partner hospitals, we provide emergency care, effective vaccines, drugs, diagnostics, medical equipment and surgical intervention to deliver quality health services.

After recovery, we strive to make patients financially independent by facilitating their re-entry into the job market. In case of children, after their treatment, we ensure they are able to return to school.

WE BELIEVE

having a direct line to assistance could be a lifeline for underprivileged Pakistanis

Our helpline is available from Monday to Saturday between 9am to 6pm PST. We facilitate people in cases of emergency, either directly or by connecting them to our trusted partner organizations.

Our relief work includes, but is not limited to, food security (soup kitchens and monthly rations), shelter, livelihood assistance, interest free loans and disaster relief and rehabilitation across Pakistan.

THE 100% MODEL

Any donation made to Zaman Foundation goes in full to the beneficiaries. Private donors cover all administrative costs.

INVESTIGATION AND RE-INVESTIGATION

Zaman Foundation only invests in people who are genuinely in need. Our investigation officers carry out extensive background checks and needs assessment before onboarding an applicant as a beneficiary. Re-investigations are also carried out every six months to adjust the provided assistance accordingly.

FREE FROM DISCRIMINATION

Zaman Foundation helps every person in need regardless of their caste, colour, creed, religion or gender. Our priority is helping the marginalized communities in our society.

REINTEGRATING THE UNEMPLOYED INTO THE JOB MARKET
